Order 
How to Order ?
If you have found your desired items to purchase, just follow the follow simple steps to complete your order.
Add to Cart
  • Click Add to Cart button to add the item to your shopping cart.
  • To order more than one quanity of the same item, simply change the quantity in Qty field and click  Update button.
  • If you wish to cancel/remove the item, just change the Qty to Zero and click Update button.
  • To calculate the Handling and Shipping charges, just select your destination from Ship To pull down menu and click Update button.
  • US dollar will be the default currency, shipment to Malaysia will base on Ringgit Malaysia, Singapore dollar for shipment to Singapore and US dollar will be for the rest of the country. 
  • Once you've entered your destination, the currency will display on the shopping cart accordingly.
  • Click Continue Shopping button to continue your shopping.
  • When your shopping is complete, click Proceed to checkout button.
Checkout
  • You will be prompted to Login for returning customer or Create Account for new customer.
  • For new customer, you will require to key in your billing address. For existing customer, you can modify your billing address at this stage also. 
  • You can key in/modify your shipping address if it is different from the billing address.
  • Select your shipping option.
  • Select your payment option from the available list.
Order Review
  • Make final checking and all the information of your order.
  • Edit your billing address, shipping address, shipping option & payment option if any.
  • You may include any special note or comments for your order.
  • Click Place Order button to make the order.
Order Confirmation
  • You will automatic receive an email confirmation about your order.
  • If you have selected Paypal as your payment option, the following message will apprear, "You've selected to make your payment via Paypal, please click below link to complete your payment". Just click the link, you will then be redirected to Paypal.com, where you can arrange your payment accordingly.
How to change my order after i have successfully placed my order ? 
You can add item, cancel item or change quantity, if the order has not yet shipped. You can email us at sales@coolwin-video.com or fax to (604) 2822141 by giving you Order Number,  Title(s) and Item Code(s) of these products.
How do i know my order is shipped out?
I've sent out my payment, when will i expect to get my order ?
Once we have received your payment, we will process and ship your order within 1 to 2 business days.
However, for the total time for delivery, you need to take into the consider the availability of the product and shipping lead time. Click her for more details on delivery time.
Note: For Personal Check, we will only ship out your order once the funds is cleared.
How do I check my order status?
  • Click My Account --> Order History or Order Tracking located at the top page. Click on the Order Number to display the details of your order.

1. Your payment by Paypal is being processed and will be ready within 24hrs. Or
2. We are currently awaiting your payment by Postal/Money Order, Check.. etc
    other then Paypal payment method. Or
3. Your check is pending for bank clearance and usually it will take within 7 days.
Processing: Your order is being process and will ship out within 1 to 2 business days.
Shipped: Order has been shipped.
Cancelled: Order is cancelled due to 1) your request to cancel, 2) out of stock.

FedEx International Priority 
Registered Mail Service has limited tracking details, we recommend you opt for EMS or FedEx as your shipping option, which will provide more complete tracking details.
Why i still haven't receive my package after 30 business days ?
Once we ship your package, you should be able to get it within 21 business days if using registered mail service. The package being delayed may due to:-
  • Custom clearance or confiscated by the Local Custom Authority of your country. We are not liable for packages that are confiscated by your local custom and we are not responsible for any refund or reshipment regarding the confiscated package.
  • Package was held in the courier service company or post office This will happen when nobody is available to sign for the package when the package arrives, the delivery person will take back the package to their office and you need to contact them to re-send the package or pick up at their location. Normally the delivery person will left a notification and you need to claim your package within the specified period, the package will return to send if it's unclaimed after the said period.
  • Package being returned to the sender due to wrong shipping address. We are not responsible to reshipment the package unless that was an error from our part. Customer has to responsible for the reshipment changes.
